How it started

Café Antaños was born from the love of coffee shared by a couple, Rafael and Edily, originally from Venezuela. They traveled across the USA and Latin America, discovering hidden cafés and drawing inspiration from local flavors and traditions. Back home in Minnesota they turned a small kitchen roaster into Café Antaños—a labor of love rooted in quality and community. Today Café Antaños stands for authenticity and connection, where every bean roasted and pastry baked becomes part of their story and yours.
